Kanye’s ex-employer isn’t backing down on legal action.
Donda Academy still faces legal problems. Kanye west’s attorney, says the former assistant principal of Donda Academy, is suing Kanye for contract breach. He is refusing to budge from the pressure of Ye’s attorney, while the administrator vows to fight it out until the very end.
Ye’s group tried their first tactics to dismiss Isaiah Meadow’s case. They claimed that because of the expired statute, the case must be dismissed.
Meadows and Meadows lawyers say that the lawsuit is about Donda Academy and Ye’s violation of the Labor Code and contract. A complaint centered on the rapper’s peculiar behavior.
Kanye, according to the lawsuit refused to fix the broken skylight and caused the rain to saturate the floor. This led to exposed wires being damaged and the damage to the glass.
Yeezy said he would pay Meadows back if he leased a Calabasas home for $60,000. Yeezy reneged and Meadows ended up paying the entire bill.
Meadow’s lawyer is Ronald Zambrano. He also represents Lizzo and three other ex-dancers who accuse Meadow of harassment.
Zambrano issued a statement saying, “We know about the response Ye and his attorney’s have given to Meadows lawsuit that was filed this week. It does not alter our position. This does not change our position.
