Ashleigh Goodchild aka perthpropertymanager had the hard task of evicting client’s tenants. If the landlord didn’t take possession back, the owner was left “homeless”.

While standing outside of the property, Goodchild starts the video with the words: ‘I’m in a house where we are going to change the locks.’

A manager went into the apartment, not knowing what to do. But she was hoping that her tenant had moved all of their furniture since a house cleaner had been hired.
‘So, fingers crossed. Come and join me’, she told him.
Ms Goodchild, who was visibly angry after the interaction with Mr. Goodchild, returned to her workplace.
‘That is one of my most challenging things to date,’ said the woman.
The tenants was home and still, added she, it was something she did not expect.
“I had a long chat with her. I tried to make her feel a little better.
Then I helped her with her packing. I took her away from the home after about two hours.
The simplest way to describe it is: ‘It’s not pleasant but my work today required me to do that. I have done so.
Property manager sympathised with the tenant, telling her that it would all be fine.
Goodchild continued, “I know that I did the best thing for her in terms of her emotional well-being, and I left knowing I’d done all I could.” She described the situation to be a little speed bump, or hiccup, in the tenants’ life.
