The current land owner, Harris Aslam of the retail giant Harris Aslam plans to build a futuristic home on the site.
The buyer bought the bungalow for PS212,000 after Savile died in 2011. He intends to reside there.
The businessman bought the house for 335,000 PS.
National Trust for Scotland, Mountaineering Scotland and others have criticised the new plan.

BBC denied the claim that this series was “face saving exercise”, as the BBC’s former radio and television presenter committed many crimes with the aid of his public status.
There has been criticism of the new plans for drawing attention away from nature.

In a discussion with 20 participants, it was revealed that Mr Aslam, his partner Raza, and their business had thought about renovating the main building. This would have been the easiest, cheapest solution, but they decided that this option wasn’t viable, if they wanted the Savile site to be free of any association.
