James Gina, III killed and hid his girlfriend’s body in the attic and then planned on transporting her remains to a rental vehicle, according to police in Las Vegas.
The police of Las Vegas in Nevada claim that a male shot his female lover during a heated argument.
James Gina III, age 50, is alleged to have told a victim’s witness, WSET reports, that he had killed her.
Cops say that defendant tried to hide her, and then planned on moving the remains into a rental vehicle. Gina did not wish to use the car, according to police. The body had begun to smell bad.
Police responded on Monday to an homicide that occurred near Desert Inn Road & Eastern Avenue.
At approximately 2:30 p.m., Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department received a report of possible injuries at a house in the 1600 Block of Golden Arrow Drive.
The officers found Gina there, along with the body of a second woman.
Gina, the boyfriend of the deceased woman and suspect in the murder, was identified by detectives.
The police told WSET that the woman had approximately 12 bullet wounds. She was never identified.
Police said a witness had told them that Gina was arguing with the victim. A witness had gone gambling before returning several hours later to find Gina lying on the floor naked with a hole in her heart.
It is alleged that this witness left his residence the day before and then returned.
Gina told Gina that she had killed her lover. According to police, the defendant told them that he had buried her in an attic.

One witness said that Gina had threatened the mother of the defendant to be shot if the woman did not leave.

Gina planned to transport the dead body using a rental vehicle because Gina did not want his car to be used as the body was emitting a bad smell.
